Claudia Webb has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for International Functions at Twinings since October 2020, where previous roles included HR Business Partner, HR Shared Services Team Leader, and Human Resources Advisor. Prior to Twinings, Claudia worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Cengage EMEA from April 2019 to October 2020, and held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Woodrow from February 2018 to April 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as EA & HR Officer at Heidrick & Struggles from December 2014 to August 2016 and various roles as Executive Assistant from 2002 to 2014. Educational qualifications include CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn in 2019, Hogan Certification from Mentis in 2021, and Mental Health First Aid from Strong Mind Resilience in 2020.
