Philana Bouvier

Philana Bouvier currently serves as President of Demeine Estates since March 2021 and is a Co-Founder of Be The Change Job Fair since July 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President Fine Wine, Supplier Business Development at Republic National Distributing Company from March 2020 to April 2021, and Senior Vice President of New Business Development at Young's Market Company from November 2009 to March 2020, where strategic business development and supplier relations were emphasized. Philana also held the position of Executive Vice President, General Manager for Young's Market Hawaii Business Unit, becoming the first female non-family member/owner to do so in the U.S. Additional experience includes managing the national account team as Vice President of National Accounts at Young's Market Company. Philana is a graduate of the University of Oxford, with earlier education at Newport Harbor High School.
