Suruchi Saraf has extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at Dementia UK since December 2020, previous positions include Director of Finance and Resources at Winston's Wish and Group Financial Controller at the City of London Corporation. Suruchi has also held the role of Head of Finance at the English National Ballet and enjoyed a tenure as Head of FA at Mind. With senior management roles spanning from 2008 to 2019, Suruchi's educational background includes an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School, an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and a Master's degree from the University of Mumbai.
