Francis McCullough

Francis McCullough has extensive experience in the financial industry, specifically in CLO capital markets and structuring. Francis is currently serving as the Global Head of CLO Capital Markets & Structuring at Sound Point Capital Management, LP since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Deutsche Bank for over 16 years, starting in December 2003 as the Managing Director and Head of New Issue CLOs, until February 2020. Before joining Deutsche Bank, McCullough was a Senior Associate at HSBC from September 2001 to December 2003. Francis began their career as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager at KSH Solutions Inc. from June 1994 to August 1999.

Francis McCullough has an extensive education history. Francis first attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering. McCullough then pursued further education at the same institution, completing a Masters Degree in the same field from 1993 to 1996. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at the London Business School from 1999 to 2001 and obtained an MBA with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
