Alexandros Pechlivanis

Alexandros Pechlivanis has extensive work experience in the field of research and development. Alexandros is currently serving as the Head of RnD Analytical at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A. since September 2021. In April 2022, they also co-founded ThetaBiomarkers. Prior to their current roles, Alexandros worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from June 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they served as a Research Associate at Imperial College London from June 2014 to May 2019, and as a Research Assistant at the same institution from October 2010 to December 2013.

Alexandros Pechlivanis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) between the years 2000 and 2006. Continuing their education at the same institution, they pursued a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry from 2006 to 2008. Alexandros further advanced their studies and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Analytical Chemistry at AUTH from 2010 to 2014.
