Golam Mostofa is an experienced professional in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), currently serving as Senior Director at Democracy International since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing and implementing research and MEL activities, along with developing research methodologies and tools. Previously, Golam held various positions at Democracy International from September 2011 to January 2015, including Director and Deputy Director of Research and MEL, and Senior Manager in Research and MEL. Additional experience includes program officer roles at the National Democratic Institute and International Christian University, along with conducting secondary research and supporting study material development. Golam holds multiple degrees, including an MSS in Peace and Conflict Resolution from International Christian University, and has completed coursework in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Dhaka, among other educational pursuits.
