Max Henning

Max Henning is a Social and Behavioral Science Technical Specialist at Democracy International and a Research Fellow at Georgetown University Center for Democracy and Civil Society. They are a graduate student in Democracy and Governance at Georgetown University, with a background in neuroscience from the University of Southern California. Max is also the Founder and President of Novus Think Tank.
