Alexa Llibre (she/her)

Alexa Llibre has over 10 years of professional experience in various roles. Alexa began their career in 2007 as a Frances Loeb Library Circulation Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Design. In 2008, they were a Development Intern at SGA Youth & Family Services. From 2010-2011, they were an Intern in the Office of Performance Management at Chicago Public Schools and a Spanish Teacher at Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies from 2011-2014. From 2014-2020, they were at Equal Opportunity Schools, first as Manager of Strategic Initiatives, then as Director of Strategic Initiatives, and finally as Internal Operations Director of Strategic Initiatives. Most recently, they have been the Director of Organizational Operations at Democracy Works since 2020.

Alexa Llibre attended Lyons Township High School from 2003 to 2007 and then Harvard University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
