Claudia Chwalisz is the Founder and CEO of DemocracyNext, focused on designing new democratic institutions that enhance citizen participation and representation for a more equitable future. As Co-Lead of the Tech-Enhanced Deliberative Assembly Pop-Up Lab at the MIT Center for Constructive Communication, Claudia explores the integration of technology in democratic processes. Claudia serves on the Advisory Board of the UN Democracy Fund and previously led innovative citizen participation initiatives at the OECD, where significant contributions included authoring key reports on deliberative democracy and establishing the OECD Innovative Citizen Participation Network. Claudia's educational background includes an MSc in European Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Political Studies from Queen's University.
