Siani Malama

Siani Malama is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in business development and inclusive insurance. Currently serving as Director at Democrance since April 2022, Siani previously held the position of Head of Inclusive Insurance at APA Insurance Limited from January 2021 to April 2022. Prior roles include Head of Business Development and Micro Insurance at Hollard Insurance Zambia from January 2017 to January 2021, and Business Development Manager at Hollard Insurance from June 2010 to December 2016, where Siani initially worked as Claims Manager. Earlier experience includes a Senior Claims position at Kiln SA from June 2005 to May 2010. Siani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Milpark Business School and a Licentiate degree in Insurance from IISA.
