Bill Cerney, CPA, CCIFP, CRIS, is a seasoned professional in the surety and construction sectors, currently serving as Principal - Surety & Construction at Gibson since April 2012. Bill oversees financial analysis, underwriting, and client engagement to ensure clients maintain necessary surety capacity. Additional contributions include serving as a Board Member and Past President of the YMCA of Greater Michiana, Vice President/Board Member of United Health Services of St. Joseph County, and a School Board Member at St. Matthew Cathedral School.
