Damon Ngô

Damon Ngô is an experienced political and operations professional currently serving as State Operations Director for the Democratic National Committee since September 2024, managing state teams and relationships with State Party leadership. Previously, Damon held roles in the 2024 Democratic National Convention Committee, overseeing outreach to over 450 allied groups, and worked in various capacities within the Democratic National Committee from 2021 to 2024, focusing on AAPI outreach, coalitions management, and messaging. Experience includes deployment to Georgia and Nevada for significant election efforts, as well as marketing positions at the University of Utah, where Damon earned dual Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science and Government and Marketing.
