Marina Faz-Huppert

Marina Faz-Huppert currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Democratic Party of Illinois, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Marina held several significant roles, including Director of Fair Labor Standards at the Illinois Department of Labor from September 2019 to February 2023 and Chicago Director for the United States Senate from January 2017 to July 2019. Additional experience includes serving as District Director in the U.S. House of Representatives and Legislative & Political Director for UFCW Local 881. Earlier in their career, Marina worked as an Appropriations Analyst for the Illinois State Senate and a Budget Analyst for USDA-APHIS. Marina began their professional journey with internships at The White House and the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute. An alumnus of DePaul University and The George Washington University, Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master's degree in Political Management.
