Catherine Carter

Catherine Carter, currently working as the Compliance Director at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal campaign finance regulations. Prior to this role, Catherine held positions such as Budget & Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager, and Compliance Assistant at various organizations. Catherine also has experience as an Office Assistant at UW-Madison and as a Program and Outreach Intern at Clean Lakes Alliance of Dane County. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Catherine briefly attended the University of Guadalajara in 2019.
