MD. Shafiqul Islam

MD. Shafiqul Islam began their professional career in 2002 as a Guest Speaker at Janata Bank Training Center. In 2003, they worked as a Programmer at 3 Sons Systems Ltd. where they developed software using V. B., SQL and MS Access. In 2005, they joined Geographical Solutions Research Center Ltd. as a Data Analyst & GIS Expert and was the Project Coordinator for the Voter List Preparation Project-2006 (Package-17). MD. Shafiqul designed and developed the Data Entry Software. In 2008, MD. Shafiqul Islam joined Quality Institute of America - QIA and held various roles such as Chief Of Operations, Software Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and Senior Software Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer, their responsibilities included monitoring team morale and taking action to correct problem areas, providing effective performance review and appraisal to motivate staff and facilitate career development, and web based system analysis, database design, development and testing.

MD. Shafiqul Islam has a diverse educational background. MD. Shafiqul earned their MBA in Management Information Systems from the International Islamic University Chittagong, Dhaka Campus between 2011 and 2013. MD. Shafiqul also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Rajshahi College in 2003 and an International Diploma in Computer Studies from Genetic Computer School, Singapore, Rajshahi Branch between 2001 and 2002.
