Kelli Bialkowski has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles, specializing in the areas of employee relations, engagement, and operations.

Kelli most recently worked as the Employee Relations and Engagement Director at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Business Operations and Human Resources at Building Brave, where they oversaw the organization's business operations and human resources functions. Kelli also served as the Business Operations Manager at Building Brave. Their tenure at Building Brave lasted from 2021 to 2022.

Before their time at Building Brave, Kelli held the role of Director of Public Services at the Village of DeForest. In this position, they managed a department of 14 staff members and was responsible for providing essential and recreational services to 10,000 residents. Kelli reported directly to the Village Administrator and was a key member of the leadership team. Their time at the Village of DeForest lasted from 2016 to 2020.

Prior to their role at the Village of DeForest, Kelli served as the Director of Parks, Recreation & Natural Resources at the Village of DeForest. During their time in this role, they initiated and developed new programs and led strategic planning initiatives to enhance public spaces and improve the quality of life for residents. Kelli also played a pivotal role in project management and securing funding for comprehensive trail connections. Kelli held this position from 2005 to 2016.

Kelli's career in the field of parks and recreation management began as the Director of Recreation & Parks Maintenance at the Village of Cross Plains, a position they held from 2002 to 2005.

Kelli Bialkowski (she/her) began their education journey in 1997 at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Geography.
