Fred Hoffman

Fred Hoffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fitness and health industry. As the Owner of Fitness Resources Consulting Services since 2005, Hoffman also serves as an International Fitness Health Expert and Consultant for FITNESS RESOURCES since 1990. In addition to these roles, Hoffman is the Spokesperson for Democrats Abroad France since 2020 and a speaker for IHRSA and the American College of Sports Medicine since 2008. Previous positions include consulting for SVELTUS, coordinating educational programs for BOSU at Hedstrom Fitness, and serving as Head Consultant for KeepCool. Hoffman's educational background includes a Master of Education in Health Education from Boston University and a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy from Northeastern University.
