Harold R. Barrentine

Mr. Harold Barrentine has over 32 years of aviation experience as a pilot, director of safety, director of maintenance, operations manager, and accident investigator. He holds a Commercial Pilot’s license for both multi-engine as well as single-engine airplanes and helicopters with an instrument rating, logging over 6,000 hours of flight time.

In his investigative experience, Mr. Barrentine has conducted accident investigations and provided technical support to foreign investigation agencies in more than 40 different countries throughout the world. He has personally participated in more than 400 aviation accident investigations while gaining deposition and courtroom testimony experience as an expert witness. He has developed procedures for effectively "field testing" various components during the investigative process and performed duties as the Investigator-In-Charge (IIC/Board President) for 100+ military investigations.
