Kevin P. Departhy

Mr. Departhy's professional experience includes forensic evaluations of residential and commercial structures and building systems including building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems that have failed or were subject to fire or storm damage. Additionally, he performs investigations surrounding design and construction defects and construction management matters for projects ranging from residential to heavy industrial.

Mr. Departhy has designed HVAC and thermal-fluid piping systems for power plants and was a site engineering supervisor supporting the construction of nuclear plants. He has held estimation and project management roles supporting mechanical and plumbing installations. Mr. Departhy also has experience in the design of residential and commercial developments including design of roadways, runoff drainage, erosion control, utility placements, and storm and wastewater systems. Early in his career, Mr. Departhy developed installation and maintenance experience in the field.
