Pavla Liszok

Pavla Liszok is the current Human Resources Director at Demos trade. Pavla has previoulsy worked as an English teacher, HR Generalist, and Institute of Doctoral Studies Officer.

Pavla has always had a passion for working with people. Pavla loves being able to help others reach their full potential and build successful careers. In their previous positions, they have excelled in creating and administering programs that help employees reach their goals.

Pavla is a strong believer in lifelong learning. Pavla has constantly sought out opportunities to learn new things and improve their skills. Pavla is accredited in Belbin Team Roles and Thomas International, and has also completed training in HR management.

Pavla is an excellent communicator and problem solver. Pavla is able to quickly build relationships and trust with their colleagues. Pavla is also very strategic in their thinking, and is always looking for ways to improve the systems they work with.

Pavla is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges. Pavla is excited to be working in human resources at Demos trade, and is looking forward to helping the company grow and succeed.

Pavla Liszok received a Bachelor's degree in Social Policy and Social Work: Counselling in Social Work from the University of Ostrava. Pavla also has a Pedagogy degree from the University of Ostrava. Pavla is certified by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports as a Continuing Education Lecturer (EQF 7).
