Sean Mancuso, C.E.M. has extensive work experience in engineering and facilities management. Sean began their career in 1991 as a Facility Manager at Technicolor, where they were responsible for the maintenance of a 1,000,000 SF manufacturing facility. During their time there, they managed a team of 60+ personnel and 40+ contractors, overseeing an annual expense budget of $6,000,000 and a capital budget of $20,000,000. Sean also upgraded the security system on the 100-acre site.

In 2000, Mancuso was promoted to Senior Director Facilities Engineering at Technicolor, where their responsibilities expanded to designing, executing, and managing all capital projects, preventative maintenance, safety programs, security protocol, environmental compliance, utilities procurement, and the central store room. Sean successfully designed, budgeted, managed, and implemented multiple production expansions totaling over $300,000,000. Additionally, they managed the facilities for 13 off-site warehouses.

In 2009, Mancuso took on the role of Senior Director - Engineering, Facilities, & BD Operations at Technicolor, jointly responsible for the entire operation and financial performance of the Olyphant facility. Sean worked closely with corporate purchasing on new materials and energy procurement.

Since October 2016, Mancuso has been the Senior Director of Engineering and Facilities at Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, Inc. Their role includes overseeing all aspects of engineering, environmental, safety, security, and maintenance activities.
