Liz Miller is an experienced R&D professional with a strong background in food science, currently serving as R&D Manager at Denali Ingredients since February 2019. Prior to this role, Liz held various positions at Clasen Quality Chocolate from January 2014 to February 2019, including Process Development Supervisor, where supervision of an Associate Process Food Scientist and coordination of R&D support were key responsibilities. Liz's experience encompasses significant commercialization activities and technical support roles across multiple companies, including Kerry Ingredients and Kellogg Company. Liz holds a Master's Degree in Food Science with a focus on Confectionery Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
