Cindy Chang

Cindy Chang is a seasoned legal professional specializing in patent procurement and strategic patent counseling within the biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as Senior Patent Counsel at Denali Therapeutics since March 2021, Cindy has previously held roles at Alston & Bird, where titles included Patent Counsel and Senior Patent Associate. Prior experience includes positions at Berkeley Lab, UC Davis Medical Center, and various internships across notable law firms and companies. Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Immunology, a Juris Doctor from the UC Davis School of Law, and a B.S./B.A. in Genetics and Psychology from UC Davis.
