Joseph Duque

Joseph Duque is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and education sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director and Principal Scientist at Denali Therapeutics since November 2017, Joseph previously held senior scientific roles at Merck and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as positions at Genentech that emphasized protein expression and quality control. Additionally, Joseph has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor in the Biotechnology department at Ohlone College since February 2016, alongside roles as a substitute teacher and student teacher in biology and various sciences. Joseph holds a BS in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a teaching credential from Notre Dame de Namur University.
