Chetan Sharma has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Chetan started their career as a Technical Support Executive at GENPACT in 2006, where they reviewed support cases and maintained records. Chetan later became a Subject Matter Expert, developing best practices and boosting company efficiency. In 2009, they worked as a Technical Support Advisor at Teleperformance India, resolving customer complaints and informing them of issue resolution progress. From 2012 to 2013, Chetan worked as a Federal Account Executive at New Computech Inc, generating quotes and responding to customer inquiries. During their time at Zones, LLC, from 2013 to 2019, Chetan held various roles, including Enterprise Inside Support Specialist, Enterprise Field Account Manager, and Enterprise Account Executive.
