Stacey Duckett, MM, is a senior executive with extensive experience in customer experience management and account oversight. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Denali since December 2019, Stacey leads a multifaceted team focused on enhancing the customer journey and fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty with key clients such as Walmart and Costco. Previous roles include Sr. Director of National Accounts for Retail Sales and VP of Customer Experience, where Stacey developed innovative solutions and managed relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Prior to Denali, positions at Snapsheet Inc, Pangea Money Transfer, Comcast Cable, Suddenlink Communications, and Wolverine World Wide further solidified Stacey's expertise in customer service and operational excellence. Stacey holds a Master of Management in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids.
