Todd Mathes

Todd Mathes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President and Chief Operations Officer at Denali since October 2021, Todd previously held the position of Sr. Vice President of Restaurant Services at Darling Ingredients from August 2013 to October 2021. Additionally, Todd was the Chief Operations Officer at Terra Renewal Services from October 2002 to August 2013. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 1986 and 2000.
