Anit Uma Nayal

Anit Uma Nayal has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Anit Uma started their career at WIPRO BPO as a Technical Facilitator where they provided technical support and training to associates. Anit Uma then moved on to become a Process Trainer, responsible for training new hires on technical support. Anit Uma later joined WIPRO as a Team Leader, managing a team and ensuring client metrics were met. Anit Uma also worked as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager, handling operations management, risk management, compliance, and delivery. In 2015, Anit joined Denave as the Head of Database & Business Intelligence and Analytics. Anit Uma then took on roles such as DGM - Transformation, General Manager, and Associate Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Sales Operations at Denave. Throughout their career, Anit has showcased their skills in team management, performance optimization, and implementing processes to drive productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.

Anit Uma Nayal completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from EIILM University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, Anit obtained a Matriculation degree from St. Mary's Convent School Dhamur from 1998 to 2000. Anit also completed Senior higher secondary education from Priyanka Modern School Dhampur between 2000 and 2002. Anit has also obtained various certifications in areas such as generative AI, business analysis, project management, emotional intelligence, and digital transformation from institutions like LinkedIn and Microsoft in 2024.
