Martín Valdivia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, project strategy, and innovation. As Co-Founder and Operations Manager at Linkminers since April 2018, and Project Manager of Strategy and Innovation at Dench Consulting since November 2018, Martín has demonstrated a strong leadership capability. Previous roles include serving as a professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and co-founding Ruwasunchis, an organization focused on community development in vulnerable areas of Peru. Martín's educational background includes an MBA from EGADE Business School and specialized programs from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Yale School of Management.
