Vanessa Cloete

Vanessa Cloete currently serves as the Ecology Success Manager and previously held the title of Data Ecologist at Dendra Systems since April 2022. Vanessa has extensive experience in program management, having worked as Program Manager for Good Hope Volunteers from March 2016 to October 2024 and for Volunteer Adventure Corps from February 2010 to December 2015, where oversight of daily operations and relationship building with over 300 local businesses was key. As Managing Partner at VAC Travel from 2012 to 2015, Vanessa planned and executed trips for international university students in various African countries. Additionally, Vanessa was a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor at Tofo Scuba in Mozambique from 2009 to 2010. Vanessa holds a BSc Hons in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2007, and also earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field in 2006. Early education was completed at The Diocesan School for Girls between 1996 and 2001.
