Matt Hammer

Matt Hammer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Matt serves as Sr Director of Finance, Sales Operations, and Nursing at Dendreon, where responsibilities include overseeing finance, procurement, and sales operations while partnering with the C-Suite on critical financial decisions and managing all financial planning and analysis activities. Prior to Dendreon, Matt held the position of Director of Finance at Johnson & Johnson and served in various finance leadership roles at Abbott, overseeing global financial planning for the Corneal and Refractive Business Unit. Earlier in Matt's career, experience included serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Chase. Matt holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
