Juan Arregui Altuna has extensive work experience in various industries. Juan co-founded Deneb Medical in 2015 and worked there until the present. In 2018, they were an Accelerator Company at MedTech Innovator for three months.

Before that, from 2013 to 2015, they worked in Desarrollo Corporativo at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles). Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Engineer of Systems at CAF, designing electronic converters and energy storage systems. From 2005 to 2007, they were an Engineer of R&D at CAF, developing power converters and researching energy storage applications.

Their earlier experience includes working at EADS as an Engineer of Systems from 2004 to 2005, where they worked on real-time hydraulic systems control and aircraft maintenance equipment development. Juan also worked on a mechanical simulator for analyzing the behavior of Eurofighter wings during their final project.

Juan Arregui Altuna completed a Master in Business Administration (ExMBA) from IE Business School in 2011-2012. In the same period, they also earned a Máster en el Sector Eléctrico (Economics of the Electricity Sector) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, specializing in the Sector Eléctrico. Earlier, from 1998 to 2003, Juan pursued a degree in Ingeniero Industrial from the University of Navarra.
