Muhammet Karadak

Muhammet Karadak possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Specialist at Dener Makina since December 2017. Responsibilities include personnel file management, SGK entry and exit declarations, official document regulation, tracking occupational health and safety documentation, obtaining workplace opening permits, salary calculations, attendance record management, correspondence with İŞKUR and SGK, conducting personnel training, reporting, administrative duties, recruitment and selection processes, interviews, orientation training, environmental regulations compliance, and managing SGK workplace registration processes, along with the application of labor laws and incentives. Previously, Muhammet Karadak worked as an HR Specialist at Aldora Mobilya from February 2011 to May 2017, where similar duties were performed. MUHAMMET holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Hitit University.
