Kayte Peters, a professional with certifications in CAPS and CAM, has extensive experience in the multifamily residential sector. Currently employed at Denholtz Properties since June 2022, Kayte focuses on enhancing property management strategies. Previously, Kayte spent over eleven years at Morgan Properties, advancing from Property Manager to Regional Manager, where responsibilities included managing a 156-unit property with a strong emphasis on delinquency reduction, occupancy maintenance, and customer service.
