Katie Nehrenz has extensive experience in customer success and operational enablement across various companies. As a founding member and Director of Customer Success at Denim, Katie has demonstrated leadership in fostering customer relationships. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience and Senior Customer Success Manager at Casted, as well as Director of Operational Enablement at both Tangoe and MOBI Wireless Management. Additionally, Katie served in several managerial positions, including Senior Manager of Client Services and Service Delivery Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in client services. Katie began the career at Verizon Wireless as a Retail Sales Representative.
