Alexander Whaley

Alexander Whaley, P.Geo. is an experienced geologist with a robust background in mineral exploration and project management. Currently serving as Exploration Project Manager at Denison Mines Corp. since October 2022, Whaley has previously held key positions including Senior Geologist at Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation, where management of the LK palladium project in Finland took place. Whaley's extensive experience includes roles as Project Geologist at Boliden, focusing on IOCG and Au/Cu projects in Northern Sweden, and as Exploration Geologist at Mactaquac Mining Ltd., developing a gypsum quarry in New Brunswick. With a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of New Brunswick, Whaley has contributed to numerous exploration projects across diverse locations, including Mongolia and Canada.
