Enjoy 10+ miles of trails, natural history exhibits and live birds of prey and other resident animals. Our mission is to inspire an understanding of the natural world and ourselves as part of it – past, present and future. It is our hope that through DPNC and Coogan Farm that we will help our visitors foster a personal environmental ethic. Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center is a known and trusted provider of environmental education and stewardship of conservation lands across eastern Connecticut. Our education programs reach into schools and libraries around the region, and our hikes and other outdoor recreation provide hands-on environmental learning.
