Cenk Izgi has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Cenk started their career as an Internal Auditor at Etibank in 1999. Cenk then joined Anadolubank in 2002, where they held various positions including Internal Auditor, Deputy Head of Internal Audit, and eventually Head of Internal Audit. In 2010, Cenk moved to DenizBank as Deputy Head of Internal Audit, a role they held until 2016. During their time at DenizBank, they also served as a Member of the Management Board. In 2016, they became a Member of the Management Board at Denizbank AG, where they were responsible for the bank's operations in Austria and Germany, as well as their subsidiaries in Moscow and DenizLeasing. Currently, they are the Deputy Head of Internal Audit at DenizBank, focusing on Forensic Investigations. Cenk has experience managing audit functions, coordinating tasks with auditors, and reporting audit findings to management and board members.
Cenk Izgi attended Edirne Anadolu Lycee from 1986 to 1993, studying maths. From 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Istanbul University, with the education being conducted in English.
