Natalie Hairston

Natalie Hairston is the current Senior Vice President at Dennard Lascar Associates. Prior to this, they served as president of the Houston chapter for the society for corporate governance and also worked as a consultant. Natalie has also held positions as the chief governance officer, vice president-investor relations, and corporate secretary for Englobal as well as the director of corporate affairs and assistant corporate secretary for Chaparral Resources. Additionally, they have experience working in investor relations and assistant corporate secretary for Hondo Oil & Gas Company. Natalie started their career as a corporate paralegal for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and affiliates and then Norton Rose Fulbright.

Natalie Hairston studied international trade law at the American University of Paris before completing their MBA in finance and communications at the New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury. Natalie then went on to earn their BA in liberal arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
