Darrell Schneider

Darrell Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Darrell is currently a Director of Customer Experience at Denovo Ventures LLC, where they implemented a Customer Experience program and focused on customer advocacy and retention. Darrell also owned all aspects of contractual services and managed cross-functional teams. Before this, Darrell founded ShowTrove, a SaaS platform for collectors and hobbyists to manage their collections and connect with other enthusiasts. Prior to that, they worked at Rackspace as an ERP Sales professional, driving the multi-cloud GTM strategy for clients and building relationships with vendors. Darrell also spent over a decade at IBM, where they held various roles, including Client Partner and Service Delivery Manager. Darrell was responsible for client success, revenue growth, and managing operational aspects. Earlier in their career, Darrell worked at Mobil Savant as a Director, where they built mobile applications and established partner alliances. Darrell also worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager, leading the development of business procedures for ERP systems. Darrell's first job out of college was at VF Corporation, where they served as a National Sales Marketing Manager. Overall, Darrell has a strong background in customer experience, sales, project management, and business development.

Darrell Schneider holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from Troy University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987.
