Sushma Gupta has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Sushma began their career at HCL BPO as a Quality Supervisor, where they worked with US telemarketing campaigns and mentored new employees. Sushma then joined ANS Infotech as a Team Leader, managing a team of 25 agents and conducting coaching sessions. Sushma then worked at American Express as a Senior Quality Analyst, where they managed quality and compliance monitoring for credit and customer service. After that, they joined KaRrma Consultants as a Consultant, before moving on to Densat FM Services Pvt ltd. At Densat, they served as the Head of Recruitment & Training, managing key account relations and a team of recruiters. Sushma later became a Senior Key Account Manager, focused on partnership management and understanding customer needs. Sushma has demonstrated expertise in client relations, recruitment, training, quality management, and leadership.
