Kyle Gernhofer

Kyle Gernhofer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kyle is currently the Chief Executive Officer at DenScore Inc., where they are leading the development of a web application that provides evidence-based treatment decision support and care navigation services for dental care. Prior to this, Kyle participated in the Google for Startups Founders Academy as part of the DenScore team, refining the company's technology and product-market fit. Kyle was also a 2020 Cohort Company at the Global Insurance Accelerator.

In addition, Kyle founded KyleSolutions LLC, a healthcare consulting company that focuses on government and commercial entities, particularly in the area of value-based dental care initiatives. Kyle has also co-founded Voujo LLC, a mobile dating application that utilized personality-based matching and member feedback. Notably, the app served over 4000 users in Southern California and throughout the United States.

Before entering the startup and entrepreneurship scene, Kyle worked as a Dentist at Mission Boulevard Dental Group, a family practice that prioritizes quality care. Kyle also served as a Dental Officer in the US Navy, both in the Active-Duty and Active Reserves capacities.

Kyle Gernhofer completed their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Western Michigan University from 1996 to 2000. Kyle further pursued their education at the University of Michigan from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with a specialization in Dentistry.
