Marvet Abbassi

Marvet Abbassi has extensive experience in accounting and finance, spanning over 30 years. Marvet started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG US in 1991 and then worked as a Senior Accountant at Bresnan Communications from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they joined Allied Healthcare International Inc. as a Financial Controller, where they prepared SEC filings and ensured Sarbanes-Oxley compliance until 2016. In the same year, Marvet Abbassi served as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at both Archway Dental Partners and Dental Associates of CT, where they performed various accounting functions and prepared financial statements.

Marvet Abbassi attended Manhattan College from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
