Megan Schmitt

Megan Schmitt has significant experience in human resources and recruitment, having served as a Human Resources Supervisor at Dental Associates from March 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included updating company policies and procedures. Prior roles included Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist, in which Megan led regional recruiters, streamlined hiring processes, managed ATS implementations, and developed HR programs. Experience prior to Dental Associates includes serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Randstad, where over 500 candidates were placed annually, and as an HR Assistant/Recruiter at MYCO USA.
