Karen Riley

Karen Riley has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with their most recent role being the Director of Talent Acquisition Programs at Dental Care Alliance since March 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at MB2 Dental from September 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, Karen worked at Pacific Dental Services from 2015 to 2020, where they held various roles such as University Relations Senior Specialist and University Program Specialist. Karen also has experience as a Special Events Coordinator at Levin Group from 2008 to 2015 and as a Sales Coordinator at Do It Outdoors from 2006 to 2008.

Karen Riley attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine Arts & Art Education. Karen then studied at Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2002 to 2003 and obtained a Certificate of Art Education in Art Teacher Education.
