Matt Thiel

Matt Thiel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matt started their career as an Actuarial Intern at Humana in 2005 and gradually worked their way up within the company, taking on roles such as Actuarial Analyst, Senior Actuarial Analyst, Business Consultant, Finance Manager, Forecasting and Pricing Manager, and Financial Director. Matt joined Dental Care Alliance in 2019 as the Vice President of Analytics and Revenue Programs. Additionally, in 2016, Matt worked as an Associate Lecturer at UW-Green Bay on a part-time basis.

Matt Thiel attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Matt then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, Matt Thiel enrolled at Villanova University to pursue a Master's of Science in Analytics, which they are currently pursuing. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau in 2021 and is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
