Prior experience includes serving as a Practice Management Consultant at a Dental Practice Management Consulting Firm, where Shannon specialized in clinical dental hygiene coaching and practice management training. Educational achievements include an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota.
