Mel (Rachel) Simmonds has extensive experience in IT and customer service, currently serving as an IT Systems Delivery Manager at DD since January 2009, where other roles included IT Functional Expert & Business Analyst and Head of Inbound Telesales & Customer Service. Prior experience includes positions as Team Leader and Call Centre Agent at Flying Brands from November 2005 to November 2008. Mel holds an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Management from Pearson College (2017-2018) and an AB, AVEC Advanced in Art and Design from Chelmsford College (2002-2004).
