Zemeel Saba

Zemeel Saba has a diverse work experience in various roles related to people and culture. They most recently served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Dental Health Services Victoria starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive General Manager People and Culture at genU from December 2020 to August 2023. Zemeel also worked at La Trobe University as the Director of Culture, Leadership, and Workforce Capability from January 2018 to December 2020. They held the position of Executive Director of People and Culture at the Country Fire Authority (CFA) from June 2016 to January 2018. In addition, Zemeel worked at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman as the Executive Director of Corporate Services from September 2015 to July 2016, and at Northern Health as the Executive Director of People and Culture from November 2013 to September 2015. Their earlier experience includes working as the General Manager at Latrobe City Council from November 2010 to October 2013.

Zemeel Saba completed a Masters of Business in Human Resources Management and Services from Swinburne University of Technology from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Mac Gregor High School, where they completed Year 12.
