Theresa Neibert

Theresa Neibert has extensive work experience in the regulatory and compliance field. Theresa is currently the VP and Chief ERM Officer at Dental Health Services since December 2022. Before that, they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant for their own business from January 2019 to December 2022.

Theresa also has experience working at Dental Health Services as the Vice President of Regulatory and Compliance from April 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were at Kaiser Permanente, Northwest, where they held various roles such as Manager of Regulatory Services from March 2006 to January 2016 and Regulatory Consultant from July 2005 to March 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Regulatory Project Manager at PacifiCare of Oregon, Inc. from October 2003 to July 2005.

Throughout their career, Theresa has been responsible for regulatory advocacy, compliance, and providing guidance to organizations on regulatory requirements. Theresa has also worked closely with state regulators and participated in advisory committees.

Theresa Neibert completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Portland from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) at Lewis & Clark College, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013.
